I am going to try to not make this post too lengthy, but there are lots of things going on this month that I need to share with you all! So go grab a cup of coffee and hang with me for a bit.
During the month of February we are going to be rebranding, reorganizing and regrouping! The website and blog will be getting a nice little face lift, as well as reorganizing our pricing, products and packages! I am going to be cleaning off my 4, yes FOUR, external hard drives and that brings me to my first sale for the month of February.
To all of my clients who did not purchase the discs with your images from your session, you will have the opportunity to do so this month only. This offer is for any prior sessions you've had with CJP and will include all images you purchased from your session. These will be offered at a flat rate of 150 per disc. I am also offering a huge discount on reprints (over 50%) if you order the CD. Give me a call and I'll get you all the information on this! If you have not placed an order from a previous session, this offer will not apply to you. However, this month will be the last chance for you to call and schedule a time to view and order your images before they are purged from our hard drives.
I will be offering Digital sessions ONLY during this month. This is not a permanent change to CJP, but a temporary special that I know a lot of you will be super excited about! For my clients who have previously booked sessions and still want to order prints and products, you will still have that opportunity. However, for any sessions booked NOW until February 29th. Digital is what we are offering. This will help me to get my rebranding and reorganizing done and not get bogged down with ordering sessions, custom design, order fulfillment, packaging, ect. I LOVE all those things about what I do, but I am trying to simplify my work flow and workload so I can better serve you all in the future. I can't really not accept sessions for a whole month and still pay the bills, so this is the alternative. As I mentioned, for all those digital lovers, I know you won't be disappointed in this! :)
Here are the details for sessions booked in FEBRUARY ONLY.
Digital Mini - $200, 6-8 images, 30 minutes, 1 subject
Digital Session - $350 10-12 images, 1 hour, up to 3 subjects
With both of these you will receive a CD with a copyright release
Minis are available Monday – Friday, 9a – 3p, in studio only
Digital Sessions are available Monday – Friday 9a – 6p
A deposit of $100 is due at time of booking
BONUS – 50% off a la carte with purchase of digital session!!
I will only be scheduling a select number of these sessions as I am trying to get reorganized and it would defeat the purpose of this if I overbooked myself on these sessions.
Valentine Mini sessions have been set for next Saturday Feb. 11th. So mark your calendars. That will be a post all it's own next week.
And now for the sad news....today is our last day with our WONDERFUL office manager, Andrea. Andrea had an opportunity come up that she couldn't pass by and accepted another job a couple of weeks ago. I am so very thankful for the time we have had together, not only has she been my right hand woman, but an amazing friend and I will miss her very much! I wish you the best of luck at your new job and I can't thank you enough for your organization, encouragement, and hard work! I know everyone you dealt with appreciated your excitement for life and your goofiness to boot.
Please note I will not be replacing Andrea anytime soon as she is irreplaceable. :) Another reason y'all need to take it easy on me this coming month!
